WHO ARE WE

The Duotone Experience was born as a desire to unite kitesurfers so that they could live together the true lifestyle of the sport: create new groups of friends, exchange experiences, evolve with pleasure, but always respecting the main playground - the beach.

In this way, two brands came together to take the will off the paper:

FLOW SPORTS

Brazilian company, holder of the authorization to use the naming rights of the brand, acting in the guidelines for events, marketing and experiences in the sports market, especially kitesurfing.

Today, we have established ourselves as one of the most traditional kitesurfing experience brands on the market, seeking to provide access to the sport for everyone who, in any way, feels instigated, curious to know the true lifestyle, prioritizing quality down to the smallest details without losing the essence of what brought us here. As a result, in a natural way, our products have taken other fronts and, the main one, is the intermediary between brands that do not have access to the kitesurfing universe.

WHO ARE WE

Today, we operate in FOUR areas that are strategically intertwined:

Responsible for the distribution of the brand's equipment in the Brazilian territory, serving schools, stores and sports centers that seek quality and direct support from the brand.

These are the official Duotone kitetrips. Our goal is to develop people in sports, within an experience other than classes. The travel period is mostly between July and December, the peak of the wind season in northeastern Brazil. We receive more than 270 clients per season, of all sailing levels.

Today, the Duotone Experience is the product most sought after by brands because of these main points: the creation of kitesurfing communities that go beyond trips, that is, they relate to brands and travel partners even in the post. Time of relationship with the product, customers live with the materials on display 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In other words, they test, find the benefits, prove, indicate and take them into their daily lives, even outside of kitetrip. The Duotone Experience is a strong fan acquisition network for brands linked to Duotone.

These are days of practical demonstrations in regions with constant wind, allowing customers to make safe choices and try the launch equipment before buying. The rotating audience for this product is already intermediate/advanced practitioners, in other words, the brands find that day an audience with a high buying bias and a high engagement in sports. In-person brand activations, with product demonstrations, are an excellent retention mechanism.

These are trips to the main capitals of Brazil to present the brand's launch equipment and the projects developed for the high season in the Northeast. We drive more than 10 cities every year, covering 8,000 km, on average, for more than a month.

In this product, we found a diverse audience, from the person who has never practiced but is curious to the one who is the old guard of kitesurfing and who seeks to access the various communities and news in the sport. Among the numerous advantages of activating the brand in an itinerant project and accessing heterogeneous Brazilian audiences, the brand's exposure on different channels is the main one. There are more than 3 thousand people present throughout the period, sharing the products on display, the experiences created, consuming and testing in a natural way.

AND HOW DOES IT WORK, IN PRACTICE?

We accessed new leads through the Road Show, taking Kitetalks all over Brazil. Then, they have an experience practicing kitesurfing through the Duotone Experience and, after maturing in the sport, they can test the Duotone Kiteboarding equipment on a Demo Day to acquire their ideal quiver from the brand!

BUT WHAT'S THE POINT OF OTHER BRANDS JOINING THE PROJECTS?

First point: the brand actually creates a relationship with the customer for at least one year. It is not the demonstration of a product without context, or an activation of a few minutes without proximity, but the presence in the main decisions that your client makes within the trajectory with the sport. The brand emerges from a mere supporting actor and becomes part of the life story of those who are immersed in kitesurfing.

Above all, we create identification and trust. Thus, the brand does not remain as a shelf product, but an ally in the daily lives of those who consume it.

Brands like Corona Brasil and Red Bull understood the potential of kitesurfing as early as 2021. And with that, they bet on the Duotone Experience as a strong communication channel with this audience. Since then, we have been together for 5 years building a true community of kitesurfers who consume, indicate and live the same culture.
